Zara Monzel is a twenty-one-year-old aspiring author who has been writing ever since she was six, with her earliest memory being a story writing and illustrating session with friends in school. She has also been editing both academic and literary works since middle school. Having been and still being a studyholic, Zara is now in law school part-time.

Zara grew up watching action and thriller movies with her father, and it wasn't long until Zara fell into the rabbit hole of true crime. When she's not writing or studying with a glass of iced americano or cappuccino, Zara might be found snuggling with her shark plushie in bed, listening to true crime podcasts.
